Cutting impact resistance, notch propagation resistance and increased wear resistance make polyurethane an ideal material for the knife support of all cutting machines (printing and folding).

With its strength, polyurethane is quite soft and elastic, which does not allow the cutter blade to become blunt, which means it provides a clear cut and a longer knife life.

A polyurethane bar as a marzan will last many times longer than a similar product made from other materials (wood, rubber ..). Polyurethane products do not age or deform over time, do not require maintenance, and are resistant to aggressive substances used in the printing industry.

The possibility of replacing the printing marzan if the manufacturer of original equipment (Maxima, The Challenge Machinary Compani, Albert Frankenthal AG, Ideal, Schneider Senator, Koenig und Bauer AG, Rondoset, etc.) has stopped producing certain models of paper cutting machines and spare parts for them or consumables they are too expensive for them, moreover, they have a long delivery time.
