На Subaru Forester SG автомат увы не подходят...

Алексей, день добрый! При подборе пыльников необходимо смотреть не только на марку и модель машины, а и проверять их через ОЕМы. Именно привязка к ОЕМ является основной методикой подбора запчастей (поиск по вин-номеру или номеру кузова). У вас, возможно, несовпадение именно этим и объясняется.

На передний внешний ШРУС субару трибэка подошёл идеально, несмотря на то, что почти на 1см короче родного пыльника. Родной устанавливается в чуть сжатом состоянии, этот в свободном. Буду наблюдать за сроком службы.
