Guarantee and Returns of items purchased through our online store.
If want to return our production for a refund and you purchased it from a third-party retail store, you must return it to the retailer where you made the purchase according to the retailer’s return policies.
High Quality Goods Return and Refund Policy:
We offer returns for most items (except individual orders) within 7 days of receipt of shipment. The product must still be in new condition. If item is used, we are sorry, we will be unable to issue a refund.
If the return is not the result of our error, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. The shipping cost of the returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be the equivalent to our standart shipping cost for that item.
Faulty Goods Return and Refund Policy:
We provide 12 month guarantee for all goods purchased through our online store. Faulty goods can be replaced with the same or similar items in case of any defects detection within this period. If replacement is not available or buyer refuses of replacement full cost will be refuned to a buyer.
We are responsible for the return charge, reshipping charge except cases listed below.
Guarantee is not provided in case of:
- damage caused by road accidents or incorrect use
- improper installation
- wear out beyond the guarantee period
Please let us know the reason of return before ANY return is shipped back to us and do not send us any packages before getting confirmation, that return is required. Otherwise we won’t accept returns. Regardless of reason of return the following documents certifying purchase are required:
- a written explanation of the claimed defect.
- the original purchase invoice from Polyurethan Ltd.
- if you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please, sent us photos as a proof.
Refund will be made in the same way as the payment for the order. Refunds are refunded in 10 days after we receive your return and all the necessary information for refund.
If you have any troubles with our product after the return timeline has passed, please contact us and we will do our best to solve your problem if possible.
Lost packages or goods damaged during transportation:
If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address the buyer accepts full responsibility including all shipping costs. All claims for the loss or damage of merchandise must be made by the customer directly against the carrier.
