Casting into customer's mold

Since 2005, our company has been specializing in the production of polyurethane products by the free pouring method. We also design and manufacture all related tooling ourselves.

If you need to make a product from polyurethane and you already have a mold, we are ready to consider the possibility of using it. Since we understand how expensive it is to manufacture new tooling and that the preparation of production and the manufacture of a mold is a fairly significant part of the cost of manufacturing products for an individual order.

The provided mold must meet certain requirements, including initially being designed taking into account the technological features of pouring polyurethane products. Some molds may not be suitable for use in our production.

After visual inspection of the suitability of the form for use, a trial casting will be performed first and further production of the order will continue only after receiving a high-quality test sample.

By agreement with the customer, the provided form can be modified. We will also help you to select a recipe for raw materials that is most suitable for your purposes and product operating conditions.
