If the original sealing rubber of the canister lid has worn out, has become unusable as a result of contact with gasoline, or simply fell out and was lost, you can replace it with a polyurethane one.

Such a gasket made of wear-resistant polyurethane will last longer than seals made even of oil-resistant rubber. It protects against leaks even in an inverted state of the container and ensures the tightness of the canister at any temperature, including frost.

In our assortment you will find neck gaskets for the following types of canisters

  • For all metal canisters (5, 10 or 20 liters) with standard lever lock (lever neck).
  • For metal canisters with screw caps (round neck). Including very large diameter.
  • For plastic flat expedition jerrycans Extreme: both for one-piece lids and lids with a filler spout.
  • For plastic flat Expedition Rotopax / GKA canisters (OD = 41mm).

Gaskets (cuffs) of lids with a plastic plug of the hole for Extreme canisters with a filler spout and Rotopax canisters

Polyurethane cuffs are used instead of the standard rubber one. An expedition canister lid collar can be purchased with a plastic insert to temporarily seal the opening in the lid if the filler spout plug is lost.
