Tie belts made of polyurethane are used to bundle electrical wires and cables in a bundle: to fix cables inside devices, to fasten cables on farms and structures, to fasten bundles, to form loops, fasten wires to supporting cables, as well as to fix the cable of power tools, household devices, tying bags with products during transportation and storage in a warehouse.

Due to the properties of the material, polyurethane tie straps are an excellent alternative to cable ties, clamps made of other materials, they can be used in almost any conditions and provide a permanently reliable fastening.

The length of the tie straps can vary from 140 mm to 285 mm, which allows you to fix wire bundles, objects of various diameters from 3 mm to 80 mm. If necessary, the diameter of the fastening of the tie belt can be easily increased by connecting several belts to each other.

Multiple use

Unlike plastic or nylon ties, polyurethane ties are reusable. The design provides for the possibility of repeated unfastening.

Polyurethane tie straps are strong and durable, they perfectly tolerate repeated mechanical influences, including vibration loads, without deformations and cracks. Resistant to cuts and tears.

Moreover, they do not need to be tied like a rope, wasting precious time. The tie strap is simply fastened with the necessary tension. It takes a minimum of time and effort to unfasten the tie.

Dielectric

Polyurethane has good dielectric properties. Therefore, polyurethane tie straps and clamps are widely used for banding, fastening and marking cables during electrical work, fastening the cable of power tools, household and electronic devices.

Weather resistance

Unlike screeds made of other materials, which quickly deteriorate in outdoor conditions and under the influence of aggressive environments, polyurethane screed belts can be used both for external work and indoors.

The polyurethane tie straps are extremely weather resistant. They easily tolerate temperature extremes, do not become fragile in frost, unlike plastic ones. Polyurethane tie straps do not absorb moisture like ropes, do not rust like metal ties, do not age or deteriorate under the influence of UV radiation, like plastic or nylon ties.

Resistance to aggressive environments

In addition, due to the properties of the material, polyurethane tie belts are insensitive to most acids and alkalis. They have high oil and petrol resistance, which further expands the scope of their application, for example, in the engine compartment of a vehicle, in contact with the coolant of various industrial equipment.

Their resistance to seawater allows them to be used on board marine vessels for attaching gear or even underwater.

All these properties make polyurethane screeds much more durable. The service life of polyurethane clamps exceeds the service life of analogues many times.

Large selection of colors

With the possibility of choosing different colors of the tie belts, it is possible to make convenient marking with differentiation by time and purpose.

How to fasten?

Structurally, at one end of the tie belt there is a fastening hole, on the other – fastening projections. To fasten the tie belt, you just need to pass the end of the tie through the fastening hole and fix it in it with a slight tension. To unfasten the tie, it is enough to remove the end of the fastening from the fastening hole.
