Reliable and durable composite polyurethane silent block. Structurally, it consists of four separate parts: a central part (outer metal sleeve and polymer layer), an inner metal sleeve and 2 dust boots to protect against dirt and prevent vertical displacement. The inner metal sleeve of the silent block is not glued to the polymer layer, but pressed in. Therefore, the separation of polyurethane from metal is impossible, since there is initially no connection between them.
Polyurethane surpasses rubber in many respects. The increased wear resistance of the polyurethane material leads to a longer service life of the parts.
Auto parts made of polyurethane have high elasticity, resistance to mechanical stress, abrasion resistance, resistance to aggressive environments, including oil products.
