High-strength polyurethane plug (cap) of the tip of the hydraulic hose, due to its elasticity and strength, ensures reliable sealing of the quick-release connection when it is opened. This significantly reduces the risk of premature couplings failure due to moisture, dirt and dust particles.
To prevent loss of the quick coupler cap when inoperative and to secure it to the hydraulic hose, a retainer with a ring is provided.
The cap of the quick coupling made of polyurethane is highly resistant to mechanical damage and cuts. Does not deform during operation, is not affected by ozone and UV rays, does not lose its properties with significant temperature changes and in frost.
The high weather resistance of polyurethane, its insensitivity to the effects of oils, gasoline, and other petroleum products makes it possible to use polyurethane caps (plugs) of the quick couplers for machinery and equipment operating OUTSIDE at low temperatures even in the most severe operating conditions that require frequent connection of high pressure hoses.
