Durable and wear-resistant silent block with a pressed-in inner metal sleeve. Structurally, it has no connection between material and internal metal bushing. Therefore, separation from the internal metal bushing is impossible, and from the external one is practically excluded due to a significant decrease in the load.
The high wear resistance of the applied polyurethane allows the material to rotate freely relative to the metal sleeve without any noticeable harm from friction with the metal. To prevent possible displacements of the outer metal sleeve together with the polyurethane layer along the axis relative to the inner metal sleeve, an additional polyurethane layer is specially provided. It serves as a stop and locks the part in place (without hindering its rotation, however).
Polyurethane surpasses rubber in many respects. Auto parts made of polyurethane have high elasticity, resistance to mechanical stress, abrasion resistance, resistance to aggressive environments, including oil products.
